I live by the sea in the wonderful West Cork and have been influenced strongly by the community I grew up in. The West Cork community offers an eclectic mix of people who have all shaped my core values. This has allowed me to progress my career in way which is helpful to society while staying true to who I am.
I am a professional Counsellor, Coach and Psycho - Social Educator. I offer my services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, groups and organisations. My approach to my work is predominately informed by Transactional Analysis theory & philosophy. Transactional Analysis is a model for understanding human behaviour, communication and relationships. It was originally developed in the 1950s by the late Eric Berne, MD. The theory of TA, looks at the structure of personality; transactions, the way we relate to others; time structuring; the psychological “games” we play; and life scripts. I use TA to help people better understand their relationship with themselves and others.
Accountancy - I aim to account for you, your needs, my needs and everything in between

All of the images on my website are of a local woods in Courtmacsherry. These woods run along by the sea out to the point of Courtmacsherry harbour. Having grown up exploring these woods they are very special to me and I love watching them change and evolve as the seasons pass. You can now do this with me as the images here change seasonally!
The photographs are taken by the wonderfully talented Kate Bean.
