Hi, I'm John

I’m an Irish, gay, multi-neurodivergent consultant, trainer, facilitator and mentor living on the Wild Atlantic Way with my support dog Oscar.

My work is rooted in lived experience and psychological theory. I bring over 15 years of operational and transformational change experience across multiple sectors, combined with deep expertise in working at the psychological level and with intersectionality, systems, culture and accessibility. That’s what gives my practice its edge. I bring a genuine understanding of what complexity feels like from the inside.

I’m an ICF & EMCC credentialed coach & team coach, NLP master coach, coach trainer and EMCC accredited supervisor. I am warm, direct and playful in style, and rigorous in practice.
